ISAC was established in 1956 as an independent adjusting firm in Miami, Florida. In 1989 ISAC became a subsidiary of Jardine Insurance Brokers; in August 2001, the company management concluded a management buy-out; and in July, 2006, ISAC was acquired by DMA Claims Services , headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.

For over a half century, ISAC has delivered high quality personal and commercial lines claims services, field adjusting, catastrophic claims support, and complete claims administration to insurance providers and their insureds. In addition, ISAC also acts as a Third Party Administrator (TPA), for property and casualty insurance programs. Today we work with primary and excess insurance companies, municipalities and self-insureds to provide TPA and field adjusting services across the United States.
